"AK-47" is what was reported in this thread by witnesses via twitter, if I recall.

The "official" on CNN said the shell casing was from a rifle.

I have a new business plan. With the rise in shootings and the reactions of law enforcement I think it high time to start up a small fleet of fast tactical response doughnut trucks.

Wasn't the LAX shooter from NJ...Not saying there is a connection but never trust a coincidence...There have been multiple shots during the incident...this is not just one shot folks.

Scanner is talking about black jacket and bag now waiting for bomb crew....

I have a high level of confidence I could stroll around and easily shoot out cameras with the AR and EOTech. No real training whatsoever but it's hard to miss with a rifle and a red dot, especially that close. It's like peeing on the ground.

Fairly confident I could shoot out security cameras with the handgun if I were still shooting frequently. I would think someone that's apparently strolling around in body armor is at least mildly proficient with firearms.

Now some witness on CNN is talking about semi-automatic rifles, a shotgun and 2 gunmen. *sigh*

I'd hate for this kind of thing to be the result of readily, available, firearms.
Think of all those people who own guns who could have defended themselves and saved lives and ensured this didn't happen.

CNN: Why isn't this wack job telling this story to the police instead of TV? Sounds like he wants his 15 minutes.....oyyy...

First injury report is also in.....there are going to be some more injured. I also think these incidents are not a call for gun control but the ability to carry easier.
