Wow according to this BBC article, a fully armed and equipped tactical response team, a force that guards the US Capitol complex arrived just minutes after the first shots were fired and were told to leave the scene by a supervisor.

One of the first teams of heavily armed police to respond to Monday's shooting in Washington DC was ordered to stand down by superiors, the BBC can reveal.

A tactical response team of the Capitol Police, a force that guards the US Capitol complex, was told to leave the scene by a supervisor instead of aiding municipal officers.

This is interesting why would they tell the force whos job it is to protect the compound to not only stand down but leave the scene.

Maybe what they wanted to transpire had not transpired yet and this team was just to early.
www.bbc.co.uk...

I don't think it's a far stretch to say that some lives may have been saved if we were allowed to intervene," a Capitol Police source familiar with the incident told the BBC

It wouldnt surprise me one bit if jurisdiction union type nonsense played a role. Like a fireman watching your house burn because his shift is over.

Saving lives is an afterthought. If it werent the place wouldnt have been "gun free" in the first place.

The officer described a culture in which emergency responders are instructed to not extend themselves beyond the Capitol grounds for fear of discipline.

Far more likly that it was a staged event and the team that wasn't in on the plot could possibly throw a spanner in the works and shoot an operative instead of the patsy they had organized.

I think here is the answer:

swampland.time.com...

A soon-to-be-released government audit (Now public, see update below) says the Navy, in an attempt to reduce costs, let down its guard to risks posed by outside contractors at the Washington Navy Yard and other facilities, a federal official with access to the report tells TIME.

This is a conspiracy to enforce more money into their budget.

exactly. Anyone can go back into the thread about the colorado shooting and see that they said suspect down and chasing one more to a jewelry store. Neither of those people were the guy they said did it. Or the 4 man team at the Sikh temple, that also turned into one guy?

They are riding this agenda like a cheap whore. It's going to be their downfall if they keep it up.

Yet more fuel to the flames of this actually being a false flag operation.
I think the official story is falling apart, and to add to that Im shocked that the bbc are reporting this.

Are you saying that the highest funded military in the world needs more money?

Knock me down with a feather.

Oh yeah, they need money.
Do you know what the US deficit is?
I remember there was talk no money for military salaries. It's real.

www.huffingtonpost.com...

The Congressional Budget Office has forecast that the annual deficit will be $670 billion when the budget year ends Sept. 30, far below last year's $1.09 trillion. It would mark the first year that the gap between spending and revenue has been below $1 trillion since 2008.

Steady economic growth, higher taxes, lower government spending and increased dividends from mortgage giants Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have helped shrink the deficit.

Mark the "lower government spending" in the second paragraph.

The board that oversees the U.S. Capitol Police has opened an investigation into whether a tactical team of officers that was one of the first on the scene during the Washington Navy Yard shooting was ordered to stand down.

Clever bastards, kill multiple birds with one stone so to speak.

Get justification for disarmament
Get rid of a few people in the know at the base
Test out new mind control subject
Distract from Benghazi scandal
Manipulate more money out of the public
Add to public fear quotient ( keep them terrified)

This was a contained "False Flag", they had learnt from previous experience that public event can throw anomalies that they have difficulty persuading the public to believe E.G cell phone photo's , eye witness reports and such, so better to stage it in a area where they have maximum control of who does what where and when. This serves their purpose also to begin to run a subtle campaign against the military in favour of the DHS by making the military personal to be suspect of P.T.S.D and also to engage the public in the thought that the returned vets may just be a possible threat to the public.

And with that bombshell, is it any wonder that flocks of birds are falling from the sky...dead?

Its a win, win, win, win, win, win situation. Except for the poor people that were sacrificed in the name of it, and their distraught families.

Yes its horrendous when you think about it , what do they call it ( Collateral Damage).

I wonder what the death tally really is from these "False Flags" and how much (collateral damage) they hope to inflict on the American public.

Who was this "Supervisor"

The investigation follows reports that a highly trained and specialized Capitol Police team arrived soon after the shooting started, but was told by a supervisor to leave the scene.

Was he the one that was airlifted off the roof of the building by a helicopter ?

Why did only "One" [erson get lifted off? and who was he?

I know one of our members posted it in another thread, but can't find it.
Have located shot though here and he looks to be caring a rifle and he's being lifted off by the "Parks Police" chopper number N22PP.

Because if you were an active shooter or a handler directing things, you wouldn't want to be on the scene when they stated doing the head counts and asking questions , now would you.

My intuition is that there was another shooter and he was their to take someone out , under the cover of a stooge programed ( mind control ) to create the distraction.

What they are most likely going to find is that since their job is to guard Congress not the Navy Yard and that at first nobody knew what was going on with reports of multiple shooters that the fear was more attacks would be coming across the capital. I would bet the guy who called them back to the capital was more worried that the would be in deep crap if they were off at the Navy Yard chasing bad guys when a bunch of bad guts hit Congress. Now if this was a terrorist attack that would have been the right move. However as this turned out be a nut with a gun somebody is going lose a job.

Pointless to speculate about this in my opinion. Things need to be nipped in the bud when they first happened and develop and obviously don't make any rational sense and lack any evidence to substantiate the story.

By people arguing amongst themselves about the Sandy Hook false flag instead of looking past the moral illusion in the face of blinding evidence something was amiss, we were divided into warring groups of citizens and labeling each other while the government was laughing at all of us.

We have allowed these events to happen. We allow a Naval base to be a gun free zone? Please tell me the genius that came up with that plan........... We don't ask the hard questions, demand accountability when we see things that are blatantly wrong (Sandy Hook) and by doing nothing we empower them to exploit us further.

Social engineering at it's finest and that isn't coming from a paranoid conspiracy theorist point of view, it's coming from somebody completely rational who looks at all avenues of a situation and understands history including my own governments proven and sorted past at staging, planning and executing false flag and terroristic events to manipulate the American public.

Mr. and Mrs. America........... They want your guns.

This is starting to pop up on the US side news as well. Guess hiding it isn't working so well. IMHO, LIHOP - you need a bigger body count in order to shove gun control and the like down the public's throats. If the team had gotten there too early, well, not enough dead, and "we can't let a crisis go to waste" in the words of Rahm.
