Last year as I have CCTV installed, I had reason to move one, I have 2 at the front and was moving it to the back of the house. I connected it in my bedroom and let it record for an hour or so.
There were orbs all over the place like snow an it has never repeated itself to this day. It wasn't dust or anything but both my parents have died a while ago, my Dad does over 30 years ago and mu Mum this year. Wife's mum died 6 years ago which possibly had something to with it.
I get the odd few orbs if itake photos but nothing compared to what I got that day.
There is,no bad feelings in the house at all and I sometimes smell pipe tobacco that my Dad used to smoke and wife smells Perfume as her Mum used to use.
I feel safe here as I always have done in the 20 years we have been here, but it makes you think.
I once saw a face in an orb after I blew it up on the PC but, feel they are watching over us all the time.
What do others think about their experience ?

I've seen an orb but it was big and silver, hovering over a big hill.

Hi scotsdavy1.
Please dont take this the wrong way.
My dog went for the big sleep about three years ago, and to this day, every so often I smell dog fart (he did it a lot
). Sometimes I hear him walking behind me, until I actually listen, then its gone.
I've thought about this long and hard and I've come to the conclusion our mind plays tricks on us.
For 17 years I had a mate who followed me everywhere, and constantly blew off. Now that he's not here I think my mind creates what it expects to hear/see/smell etc.
About a month ago I woke one morning, sat up and saw him standing beside the bed, I shook my head in disbelief and he was gone. Again I think my mind created what it expected to be the norm.

I would love for him to still be here, but every time I focus on an event it vanishes instantly. They only happen when my mind is on autopilot. That suggests to me that its a mind trick.

As for the orbs? Thats interesting. I've got cctv too, I'll have to check a bit more often to see whats on it. Do the orbs appear at night or in the day? Do you have infrared lights?

My camera has infra red at night but this was when the bedroom lights were on and were facing the bed in the bedroom. It was just like snow with all the orbs everywhere. As I said, it never happened again although if I take some photographs, some appear and some don't .
Your dog made me laugh with breaking wind and I have a them year old Border Collie who has been my shadow since it was 6 weeks old when we got him. He has started limping a little bit and I hope it's not rheumatism as it would break my heart if anything happened to,him as we have been through a lot. He goes everywhere with me and I feel he still will when he passes, hopefully not for a while yet.
He wakes me up with a paw and a lick on the face every single morning which makes my day regardless of how tired I am.
I believe in the afterlife and always have done and animals have souls as well as humans.

Mine was a BC too. And like yours he went everywhere with me for 17 years, still miss him loads

Mine used to wake me by touching my face with his wet nose. Very smart dogs, sometimes it was like mental warfare

Mine developed a little arthritis in his hips. It didnt make him limp, but he was slow to get up or lay back down.

I'm not religious at all, but I remain open minded about there being something else when we pass from this world. If there is then I think animals have just as much right to be there as we humans.
