Why are we telling lies?

We are being lied to all the time, American & UK Governments, Radio, TV stations all telling us lies, why? how come they are openly saying the Syrian leadership are the one who are killing people with Nerve agents? is it simply because America really do want to pick a fight with Russia? sadly I fear it's a fact they do, mainly because America knows that with new equipment Russia is building the USA will shortly not be able to attack Russia, missiles soon wont be able to get through the Russian defence systems, America know that.
Any how come the news in my link failed to be put on UK & USA news broadcasts? is it simply because we would see who the enemy and threat to the west really is? the terrorists, NOT Assad.
