There have been rumours for a year now that art dealers have been trying to take insurance out against "loss of value" over his works. Note also how, in the second link his lawyers were trying use Levenson to gag reporting of his name in the press. Not something I'm happy to find out seems to be true although, it has to be said, within the business he was infamous for having "wandering hands " syndrome. on the other hand sic, that was endemic back in the 60s-70s 80s so I suspect didn't really raise many eyebrows. .
