What are the trucks ? Police ,Fire dept ,emergency medical service ?
Who do they belong too . I've never seen anything like that before. Is Chester county close to DC ?

They look like converted uhauls to me. Maybe they are filled with those plastic coffins that FEMA has become infamous for.

The Department maintains and operates a 2009 Chevrolet Kodiak 4X4 crew cab truck equipped with a Stellar lift system to transport pods up to 12 feet in length. The truck has a pod that is loaded with specialized equipment to treat up to 60 patients. The truck is capable of utilizing other types of pods including flat beds, dump bodies, or the County’s 35 KVA generator. The truck was purchased as part of a Southeastern Pennsylvania Regional Task Force project that gives the five county region the capability to treat up to 1,000 patients. The truck is equipped with both county and state 800 MHz voice radios to ensure interoperable communications.

I look at these trucks and my eyebrow raises and curiosity peaks. If I was driving a long distance, I would welcome the distraction.

Three Cargo trucks capable of carrying 5 comfortably so maybe a max of fifteen people being transported.

But what’s probably in them? Probably quick set tents, generators, radios, detection equipment, portable-labs, tables, chairs, computers and other support type equipment.

Even three of those trucks can’t really carry many body bags when it comes to a MASCAL. Maybe 10 to 12 pallets each, on average, 160 to 240 BB's per pallet per truck. Body Bags and those infamous FEMA coffins , would be contracted out. They take up to much room.

But they can carry all the support equipment and personnel needed to run an effective MASCAL.

I live in Indianapolis. I heard they are doing a massive drill at Fort Ben Harrison starting Monday with disaster teams from all over the country participating. Not sure that is what this photo is but it would make some sense.

The trucks were spotted in Virginia, on the I-81 headed towards Pennsylvania. Not Maryland.

They are government-contracted trucks, carrying first responders in the event of a "Mass Casualty" attack. Which begs the question : Is this just an "incase # goes down" incident, or does the great state of Pennsylvania know about something going down in Chester County?

Well,I was a first responder for 17 years .Granted ,it was in nyc . Never saw anything like that ,not even at the WTC from out of state.

I think that if they were setting up for some sort of massive event, they wouldn't be this sloppy. I'd imagine these trucks would be on a train in an unmarked container, not rolling down the interstate. But who am I to know the mind of TPTB?

I've already cleared up this misunderstanding, twice. However, I will do so a third time..I am aware there is not a Chester county, VA. The trucks were spotted in Virginia, headed towards Chester county, Pennsylvania, on the I-81.

I did some searching and found this document which details a plan of action for mass casualties... Many plans such as this were put into place after 9-11. Perhaps... Chester County (which ever one it may be ?) had some extra $$ in the budget... for these types of response vehicles.

The reason that folks are questioning whether Chester County Virginia might be the setting of a new false flag is that there are evidently some vehicle types and movements that are reminding them of recent other false flags . . . wherein there were "scenarios" and "exercises" planned shockingly similar to the evil deeds planned . . . rather like 911, actually but that's for another thread or forum.

In terms of Newton being a false flag . . . that evidence is abundant. I suspect this thread was started trying to stir up ATSers to watch that area and let us know if the area, vehicles, officials, etc. display even more factors consistent with a false flag being set up.

Were you paying attention way back then?

1. the elite father of the kid fit the profile to the letter and very close to the same as the father in the Aurora shooting. It's more or less common & expected for the elite to 'offer up' their offspring for such ugly deeds.

2. the degree of ATTACHMENT DISORDER in both cases was high and easily exploitable by such black psych ops as is their style and strategy per a number of sources;

3. the psychoactive drugs and psychological make-up and state of the shooters fit the profile of such psych black ops perfectly.
4. the video game use fit as well.

There are other factors but those are the easiest to briefly articulate.

I couldn't have put this any better myself...This is the exact reason that I created the thread. ATS is a hotspot, for thriving independent journalism, and if anybody can get the scoop on something happening between these two states, within the next week or so, it's the members of ATS..

It's just a hunch...because the debates and really ugly stuff at times over that very question, raged for 2-3 months as I recall. It's just one of those...well, subjects I think people try to avoid? Oh well... That might be why no one said or starred much.

Sad that people will use the internet for a purpose like that. Newton was explainable I think. I have to say my first guess when I see acts of violence or incompetence like the train wreck in Spain the first thing I think of is the Bees and the pink teddy bear, but Newton relatives of that kid who did the shooting said he was never the same happy child as before his attendance at the school and he was the victim of bullying.

Now I remember dealing with bullies, but they were limited. It wasn't all the time. Once or twice a year. And you pop the bully in the nose with a hard punch and then make friends afterwards. And even the bullies friends were making friends with you.

But with him I think it was more evil than that. I don't think it was one person. And I don't think it was a once a year event. People think it is fun to gang up on people. But the song by Jeremy by Pearl Jam points out the problems here. His parents divorced. He lives with a single mother. Probably watches TV too much and doesn't have any siblings to confide in. He was an only child if I remember correctly. Add ritualistic bullying without counseling from school representatives and an absentee father who can't offer counseling and its an explosive situation waiting to happen.

Except, he wasn't an only child. He had an older brother by the name of Ryan Lanza, whom the police misidentified him as, via state ID..Adam Lanza hadn't seen his brother in over 2 years, how did he get his state ID, which the police used to identify him?

Sorry . I tried to read the license plates,but its too small at my end.
So it stands to reason ,the trucks could have gone even further south ,or even to the west eventually .
Hmmm...I wonder why a southern state need mass casualty stuff from a north eastern state ...
