.22's have killed plenty of people.

Maybe not the BEST for self defense, but certainly serviceable.

Personally, I'd go for a Glock 9mm myself. Easy to fire, lots of ammo capacity, decent stopping power. Common ammo type too.

Well I never said .22 was my favorite lol.

I was just making a point..

Personally I prefer .45 acp

Hell I wouldnt want to be shot with a .22! Thats the favoured weapon of mafia assassins! Lethal when used correctly, and brutal too. The round from one of those pings around your ribcage like a pinball!
