Lol come on now, the source is from a police photographer, like they weren't going to spend a ridiculous amount of money on an incredible DSLR for him to use? A couple thousand dollar camera will take amazing photos at night with just the moon for lighting. This isn't the 90's, cameras take good photos now.

Fine, but you can't deny this is all very strange. He reportedly released them in response to the Rolling Stone cover and article, yet here some have praised him because they believed he published them to debunk the official story. One thing is for sure, nothing is as it appears to be.

Is it me or is it strange that we have not seen 1 photo of Dzhokhar since his arrest? Not 1!
