isochronic/binaural recording to induce lucid dreaming?There is a buch of these on youtube. I have not achieved lucidity, but I have had some weird dreams.

I've tried but I never had any lucidity from them or vivid dreams but then I didn't use them for long really either.

I'm very interested in dreams so tried the binaural and I think it was B12 or something someone mentioned. Plus I tried a lot of foods that were supposed to help induce lucidity.
Meditation is supposed to be the best? I'm not able to do that at all.

So personally for me I just have to wait until I get lucky
