people don't want to wake up because the dream world they are living in is so much more appealing!

This is called cognitive dissonance and will be here until the distractions wane or hunger ensues!

I wish there was somewhere those of us that were aware could go to, somewhere away from the selfish minority of politicians, bankers, CEOs, hedge fund mangers, wealthy aristocrats and cronies but there isn't!

We only have this one world to live in and one life to lead! It's not as if we can shake the sleeping masses awake either! We can only do for ourselves, so take precautions, hope for the best and prepare for the inevitable!

Honestly, a common attitude here in America, that I have had the unfortunate opportunity to see firsthand many many times, is that teenagers want to sign up for the armed forces specifically just to kill people legally.

You don't know how many times I've asked someone why they want to join the army/navy/air force/marines and the only reply I get is "I just wanna kill people."

Seriously. My ex girlfriends little sister said she wanted a big change in her life. I said like what? She said she wanted to join the army so she could go kill people in Afghanistan. I said, what have they done to you? Usually I get the typical 9/11 response, but this time she just said it was literally for the enjoyment of killing people without consequence.

I mean these kids really think that there is no consequence to killing someone, just because of the legalities surrounding it.

The world itself, is as it has always been, it's the world of man that continues to wallow in his self-made fertiliser. Is it purely down to greed and avarice, power addictions and subtle indoctrination of the feudal system, or is there a real deep concern for the depleting planetary resources that's driving the political systems towards draconian, rights-diluting policies?

If you look at the governments of modern western nations, the different cultures and histories they hold, you will see there is very little difference in the way they function; which is unsurprising as they all belong now to the same self-feeding apparatus. Politicians are not the answer to the problem, they are the problem. We elect them to work and serve for us, but once elected, their agenda is entirely different, which is to serve the globalist agenda.

We are living through an era of an evolving globalist vision, where disparate governments no longer serve the form and function of their own nations, but direct their country's energies towards fulfilling the globalist agenda, and you and I are paying for the tyranny that is ensnaring and enslaving us. We are merely pawns in the global social engineering plans of the elite, and no matter what your conscience tells you, no matter how you perceive 'right' and 'wrong', no matter how indignant you feel at the unrighteousness of it all, no matter what your hopes and dreams are of the future, for yourself and your family, none of it is of consequence to what is unfolding. If you think today's world is crap, just wait until their plans are fully realised, for at that time, most ordinary people will become nothing than 'worker bees'.

No. It can't be stopped, it won't be stopped, because the mass of ordinary people do not have the will, or the care, for what is happening around them. They are just keeping their heads down hoping that it won't affect them too much, even as they know they are sliding towards a global corporate tyranny. For me, the real sadness is that I will probably live long enough to see it all fulfilled.

I'm curious, though . . . were there any AUTHENTIC, congruent, healthy Christian young people in your sample. I'm not talking about church goers, per se. But youth who really walk the talk. Actually, I'd say most of the people in the armed forces, that I know anyway, heavily defend their choice to serve with their religion. Somehow they intertwine the two like they have something to do with each other.

They think that America is the good guy, and it's loved by God, and the Middle-East is somehow the bad guy, and they're all evil and wrong, yet somehow conveniently and coincidentally located on the largest portion of the world's oil supply....hmmmmm.

They feel as if they're honoring their religion and their God by "defending" the "innocent" people's freedoms...that are somehow under attack by people running their entire operation out of caves and are yet still able to outsmart and out maneuver the most advanced military in the world.

But anyway, yes alot of people that I went to college with at MTSU were in the air force because it was a school known for its aerospace program. Alot of them were very intelligent, stand up Christians who were devoted conservatives and servants of the armed forces. They're just brainwashed dogs that believe whatever luxury stories they're told growing up, and whatever they hear on the news and see on TV. Whatever the President, God, and Country tells them to do, whatever the Bible says is right, etc...

I just think these people are lacking something genetically that prevents them from wondering about things outside of their immediate perception. They're fully stimulated and satisfied with surface explanations and systems of instant gratification so much so that their minds have become permanently set in a dangerous comfort zone that allows ancient and irrelevant traditions to smother their instincts.

People are stupid brother, well at least most of them. It's really sad but you see it everywhere you find people you just have to open your eyes and look and you will see.

I don't think it's about oil supply. There are purportedly 3-4 DIFFERENT "zero-point" energy systems that would supply unlimited energy at negligible prices.

The oligarchy certainly loves centralized energy schemes as they are set up today for !CONTROL! purposes as well as, essentially, organized extortion and theft.

I agree that far too many even authentic Christians are far tooooo uncritical . . . even unthinking . . . about the powers that be and the dynamics involved in this era.

Shoot, a lot of denominations even deny that these are the Biblical END TIMES and that the Biblical prophetic script is playing out to the letter virtually on the nightly news month after month, year after year.

And, certainly patriotism and duty to God and country are more reliably taught and modeled in such circles than in a lot of other groups.

And when folks trust leaders in ANY group, they tend to go along with the leader more or less like sheeple.

Nevertheless, I think there are those authentic Christians who are more or less in good faith blinded to the realities because they never mentally "go there."

And there are other inauthentic "Christians" as well as more or less authentic Christians who are focused on silly priorities and maybe more than a little willfully blind. They do NOT WANT to face realities even though they sense or some part of their intellects realize that things are rotten to the core in our era.

I think those sorts of people . . . at some point . . . are irresponsible to their own ideals as well as to their patriotic duty . . . as well as to their own survival and the survival of their families. Their tuition will be at a huge price.

Naw. Some statistics would indicate the opposite, actually. But that's stats from 40 years ago when I was doing my dissertation. I haven't looked at such in decades.

GROUP THINK; willful blindness; wishful thinking; denial etc. account plenty for all that.

Throw in serious degrees of epidemic levels and reaches of ATTACHMENT DISORDER . . . folks run out of emotional energy to face lots of stress in life. Lots of things fall of the radar or are ignored when the blips do crop up.

Let me just say first off that I agree with you fully, and these thoughts have plagued my mind for the last few years (perhaps longer), and what makes it worse is that over this time period I've seen society continually degrade. This is most evident to me when I observe my younger sister's generation (she's 10 years younger than me on the dot) and compare it to mine.

We do need to wake up. Especially in regards to global events, the media and the celebrity worship culture taught to us from early. My question however (and it is a persistent one) is WHAT ARE WE TO DO?

I used to believe straight up revolution was the answer, but that's just #ing stupid. What are we going to do? Crumble our own economy? Then what? The police force fails, law and order collapse, supermarkets begin to close e.t.c eventually leading to a HORRENDOUS situation where even more innocents will be harmed than under the current situation. Further more, how can we trust our democratic system at all? The only solution is a complete overhaul, but once again that is a lot more complicated than it may seem. As long as money is involved those that possess a good wealth of it shall rise to the top. How do we ENSURE that GOOD people will run the country? And furthermore, how the # do we ensure that these 'good' people don't get corrupted by years of having such power (it's clearly happened in the past...).

Are we to destroy money? Then what? Who will do all the jobs that are literally VITAL to maintaining the standard and pace of life we now have? There's also too many people on this planet to simply only have a few fundamental jobs and roles in society.

Are we to protest until we get what we want? Well, that really doesn't seem to work ANYWHERE in the world, and we in the west are at least lucky to not get instantly tortured from the moment we do so.

What are we to do? Seriously? I've put so much thought into this that the few paragraphs I wrote above do my ponderings absolutely NO JUSTICE, but it's a start. It really does seem like we are simply TOO DEEPLY ROOTED into this current system, and if there was a time for true change it would of been many many years ago.

Of course, we can still have a full on revolution, but this will simply cause decades of hurt and suffering and complete chaos until the 'dust settles'. Yes, we should keep 'waking up' people, because the greatest weapon TPTB have against us is our fellow common man, and if we are all united at least we shall not do the dirty work for them.

To be completely honest with you, I have no true idea how this will play out over our lifetimes, and I worry that we shall be exposed to extreme hardship (more so for my younger sister) soon, whether it be due to a 'revolution' or an increasingly strict and evil ruling presence.
