On a Facebook private group, every time I post, it comes up twice. In my imagination, it would seem like my computer has a virus or Trojan horse that is causing all my posts anywhere (other than a closed private group) to be sent to another recipient. My Norton and Webroot scans don't solve the problem. Any ideas?

Thats probably just the NSA

You have already done the basics, maybe someone else has advice.

I would say Ccleaner and Malwarebytes, a quick Google will get you those.

One thing you can do to narrow it down is post from a different device and see if it still occurs. Double posting is typically caused by a slow connection and the user clicking the send/post/reply button more than once while impatiently waiting for the page to load. If you post from a different device and it still occurs then you've eliminated your computer as the issue. If it doesn't still occur then there could be something wrong on your PC, most likely a keylogger. You can try booting into safe mode with networking and running a scan from housecall.antivirus.com, a free online malware scan provided by McAfee.
