The president's former reelection campaign is pushing its supporters to "Stand up for Obamacare." "Do you like Obamacare? Then I'm asking you to show it," writes executive director Jon Carson in an email to supporters this morning. "Say you're on Team Obamacare, the group of grassroots supporters who will be spreading the word on how health care reform is improving the lives of millions of Americans -- and we'll send you a free bumper sticker to say thanks."
States are starting to roll out details about the exchanges, providing a look at just how affordable coverage under the Affordable Care Act will be. Some potential participants may be surprised at the figures: $2,000 deductibles, $45 primary care visit co-pays, and $250 emergency room tabs. Those are just some of the charges enrollees will incur in a silver-level plan in California, which recently unveiled an overview of the benefits and charges associated with its exchange. That's on top of the $321 average monthly premium.
Rates will vary by region, age and level of coverage, and many lower-income Californias will qualify for federal subsidies that will greatly lower the premiums. The plans will come in four tiers, ranging from bronze to platinum. The former will charge lower premiums, but carry higher out-of-pocket benefits, and the latter will have the highest premiums but have the lowest out-of-pocket costs.
Subsidies will be based on the cost of silver-level plans and will be available to those earning up to 400% of the poverty line -- roughly $45,000 for an individual or $92,000 for a family of four.
While Covered California said a direct comparison is impossible because the new plans will provide more benefits, the agency noted that the rates for individuals will be between 29% lower and 2% higher than the average premium for small employers in the state's most populous areas.
"Many people will see rates similar to what they're paying now, or in some cases, lower -- and with substantially better benefits," the Washington Insurance Department wrote in a blog post. "We're definitely not seeing the huge rate increases that some insurers had predicted."

That Chart is a Damn Liar.
Where the hell did they get those figures from. .. .. The ObamaCare Fairy. .. . ?
Now let's see those articles that say ObamaCare is actually going to cost something like 400-600 percent MORE than is being told.
Someone PLEASE correct me if I am Wrong ,. . But, .. ObamaCare is probably NOT in the Best interest of the Country.
On the flip side, a young man who never visits the doctor and wants to minimize his monthly charge could opt for a bronze plan. A 40-year-old enrolling in this plan could pay as little as $219 a month. But, if he did get sick, he'd get socked with a $5,000 deductible, $60 co-pays for primary care visits and a $300 emergency room charge.
A quick refresher on Obamacare: People who don't have affordable health insurance through their employers will be able to sign up for coverage through state-based exchanges. Enrollment is set to begin in October, with coverage taking effect in January. You must have some form of coverage next year, or you will face annual penalties of $95 or 1% of family income (whichever is greater) initially and more in subsequent years.

Under the proposal, part-time workers — who currently are eligible for state-supported health, dental and vision insurance — would instead be paid an additional $2 per hour to buy insurance on the health-care exchange.
For some, the exchanges may be a better deal financially, Hill said. And Hunter agreed that a small number of employees would do better — although he thinks a greater number could do worse.
“Some of the lowest-paid school employees” — including bus drivers and cafeteria workers — “would be losing their health care,” he said.
Some may not qualify under the exchanges because they must work at least 30 hours to be eligible, and those who buy insurance there are likely to find the costs higher, and the benefits less generous, Wood said.
The proposal could affect up to 3,500 community-college faculty members, and “nobody’s got a clue how it works,” said Marty Brown, executive director of the State Board for Community and Technical Colleges.“I understand the angst that the adjunct folks have, because we can’t get answers for them.
Antonia Bennie-George, who teaches physics at Green River Community College, is worried about the change because her husband was recently laid off. The family, including three of her four children, will lose his insurance coverage in the fall. Bennie-George had planned to go on state insurance. Because one of her children has eye problems that have required lens implants and surgery, she’s been especially concerned about losing vision coverage, which is not provided by the Affordable Care Act. This proposal is “a very bad idea that follows a very bad trend in higher education of saving money by exploiting the majority of the faculty who do the actual teaching,” she said.

WASHINGTON - It's called the Affordable Care Act, but President Barack Obama's health care law may turn out to be unaffordable for many low-wage workers, including employees at big chain restaurants, retail stores and hotels. Read more at www.philly.com...
Not looking to good for that Obamacare sticker,,, is it?
Starting next year, the Affordable Care Act sets maximum limits on how much consumers can be required to pay out-of-pocket annually for their medical care. But some people with high drug costs may find the limits don't protect them yet. That's because the federal government is giving some health plans extra time to comply with the rules. Under the law, the maximum amount a consumer with single coverage will pay out-of-pocket in 2014 will generally be $6,350 while a family could pay up to $12,700. Those totals include copayments and deductibles, but not premiums, and they apply only to plans that are not grandfathered under the law. Read more at www.philly.com...

How in the World is someone going to Be FINED or Penalized if they Don't File Taxes?
Because from how I understand it that is where your penalty will be applied.
This list contains information pulled from the first House bill HR 3200. Its mandates and threats likely survived in one form or another into the 2080 page monster from the Senate. This list therefore is only a guide. Let them make you wary and on the alert against this attack on your freedoms. Let it be the catalyst to get you to do your own research and then go out and teach your family and friends why we have to fight this move by people who want to enslave us. The first list is all 50 of the threats.
Pg 58 states that government will have possession of all your health care records & history including finances and you will have to have a National ID Healthcard.
Pg 59, lines 21-24 gives direct access to your banks accounts to compel you to pay any out-of-pocket or premium costs electronically without your previous consent.
