Dale Cregan trial: Guilty verdicts in trial of police killer and others.

Well he has been found guilty of killing two police women and two other men in a separate incident.
This guy rang the police up saying someone threw a concrete slab through his window and when the female police officers came to see him he attacked them with a grenade and a gun killing both.
He has been given life and rightly so, what a nasty piece of work this guy is.



He has also been convicted of killing father and son David and Mark Short.
He will die behind bars.

it is unfortunate we do not have the death penalty in the Uk

There is no doubt in this case- this man has no regard for human life or suffering

He should be hung from his neck until he is dead- it might also have done him some good, with the focus on his execution he might actually have repented

The thing is he will be a Hero in jail.....

yep, he will be a hero with his killing of the two cops- and he will have exercise facilities, tv, books, internet etc

To some, maybe, but to others he'll just be a step up the notoriety ladder. He'll have no guns or grenades to fall back on in nick, and the weapons that are available are there for anyone to get hold of, if they have the initiative and the will.
