AND SO BALANCE NO NEED TO FEEL WRONG FOR ALL WILLED THEIR EXISTENCES, DID THEY NOT? why in the chapters/planes... detecting outside WATCHERS or not. In essence its like considering those humans who do not know they are not alone... and now instead of just humans on an island -- the island is now with CREATOR Creations ALL* potentially detecting or considering THE ARE NOT ALONE AS WELL...

Hypothetically speaking...It is probably not a question of whether the otherworlder's want to establish an alien starbase here on Earth --- Rather...how many alien starbases have already been established here on Earth?

Take for example: Deep sea caverns along continential rifts...an excellent choice for a location of an alien starbase --- Wouldn't you say?

I might possibly know of at least one alien starbase here on Earth --- CIA/NSA be damned!!! --- Cuz you'll never capture them anyway, but if you did...I'm sure that'll be hell too pay!!!

Location: Calvert Cliffs, located on the Western Shore of the Chesapeake Bay, Maryland, USA., 1.5 miles south of Calvert Cliffs nuclear power plant.

I do have physical and photographical evidence of the otherworlder's being there at Calvert Cliffs, at one time or the other.You can probably trace their extraterrestrial visit's there, at least 10,000 years ago --- when the Piscataway Indians were first established into the area.

Main reason for the otherworlder's to establish an alien starbase at Calvert Cliff's: Besides the otherworlder's observation of that obsolete piece of junk, that the nuclear power industry calls safe alternative energy production --- i.e. Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant & Patuxent Naval Air Research Test Center --- the space aliens probably are interested in the collection of fossils [ex. baby whale bones & giant crocodile and sharks teeth] from the Miocene Age.

God like energy beings from another galaxy that's is a million times further away then the nearest star wanting to build a base on small insignificant planet like our that we take granted, build base's on our world? Highly unlikely.
Last time I watched the discovery channel, they were advertising aliens, & they were always hypothesizing about a mechanical civilization raiding our world for resources. And for some reason, I have a hard time accepting that.

For the sake of conversation, was the thread original intention. I just have a hard time with the usual tin foil hat scenario, as it usually so common, but never stays consistent with information, and yet so abundant on the internet.

There already is one in South America. A "cult" group called "RAELIANS" I believe , have created a landing port and a greeting group of members who have taken "space-names" and wear funny clothes.

They were dead serious about their compound there as being the 1st docking welcome center of its kind. They hope it becomes the new Earth-Star base for them to come and go from.

They have been around for years; think they started somewhere in Europe; their leader claims to have had contact with aliens and to have been taken for a ride on one of their ships. They have a weird symbol of a star of David with a Swastika in the center of it. Any validity to them? Who knows? - maybe they come from a parallel universe and only his followers get to take a ride.

One humans fantasy might be another humans reality! And reality is a relative term as no two beings have ever occupied the exact same place at the exact same time - Only language and symbols make us think we are living in the same universe.

Yep...they are "way-out" there. They've been around pushing their "alien-welcome-center" way of life down there for years building an arrival center. Not quite the same as an alien base, tho.

Since Von Daniken's books in the early 1970's, Im one of those folks who having been around awhile...think the "disclosure" everyones expecting....has happened due to the vast amount of evidence, and that its not some announcement with a saucer in the background.

I believe its more than likely by a preponderance of the evidence over man's history...that over the last thousands...or millions of years...bases are and have been here all along.

Is there room in D.C. for this base? Might as well drop your alien base in the middle of another alien stronghold...

But at the same time there is another condition: you provide all logistics incl transportation and life support of earthly base on your planet. Or to make your job easier, instead of underground settlement in hostile environment, you choose a good enough planet for the earthlings who need to move somewhere in order to survive.
If it is true the Earth is going to die soon (the mayans proved it mathematically but somehow it is miscalculated in the real universe scenario) then your base may appear to be the only one on this dying planet. BTW where are you from, even hypothetically? How many crew and colonists do you bring forward? Do they have big teeth? Brothers Pickering said their ET had big teeth but did not eat humans - intelligent t-rex that wanted to stretch their legs on the surface - perhaps a national park or so.

If yours is purely hypothetical (congratulations for the idea and courage) others are not. We are told on Ancient Aliens of Orion direction of several pyramids scattered on earth. So we go to Orion one day. Who they are, Biblical angels as Alex Collier speaks of them, but negatively? Then why should the Andromedans be considered positively?

If you are purely benevolent, I suggest you choose outside USA a neutral land accessible by everyone who wishes so. Don't know if still there are such territories, but you could purschase land from a third world country such a sBolivia and do not require visas for travel to there. I guess some presidents will agree. Then it really depends on what tech you would provide, what kind of interstellar transportation and how many humans could actually benefit. If they are the same guys who benefited from the Grey, it is useless. We have them already. Think about these issues! Iceland may be the country of your choice since it is too small but too large for its mini population, and has one of the most liberal laws. Or northern part of Norway if you prefer the cold. Putin may allow it too, but I don't think the other nations will have the same level of access. Or you buy an old oil platform and declare independent extraterrestrial state somewhere in the ocean

Raellians... heh. I had a friend... now acquaintance... who shoved the guy's book at me years ago. A race car driver who goes to some crater in the Spain-France border area and contacts aliens. In the book he mentions the aliens said "blah, blah... dinosaurs and brontosaurs...blah, blah" in the first chapters.

When I read that these wise aliens, despite translation hiccups from Zeta-ese to French to English, used that ignorant terminology, I promptly handed the book back and made excuses to leave. Not UFOlogy's, or some people's, finest hour.

Never mind "brontosaurs" carry another monicker these days.

Inter-dimensional and/or conscious energy beings/forms are here considered as hypothetical. And yet such beings may be at the root of most if not all of the world's religions Western, Eastern, and pagan. The history of man is ripe with communications from beings of other dimensions and/or worlds. Apparently man was not ready for the elevation of consciousness offered by these beings who some believe still exist as Ascended Masters and may appear in material form as UFOs and/or alien beings. And again one day it might be asked: Would you accept the Proposal for the Establishment of an Alien Base on the Planet Earth?
