Probably some "evidence" that was debunked back in 2008 Don't you think that if they had real evidence then it would be presented to congress so they can deal with it accordingly? Even John freaking Boehner has dismissed the birther nuts.

check out also the non-judicial case of a chap called Steinkauler - born in the USA, returned to Germany with his naturalized US citizen father, and about to be drafted into the German army, about whom the then Attorney General Edwards Pierrepont wrote:

Under the treaty [of 1868 with Germany], and in harmony with American doctrine, it is clear that Steinkauler the father abandoned his naturalization in America and became a German subject (his son being yet a minor), and that by virtue of German laws the son acquired German nationality. It is equally clear that the son, by birth, has American nationality, and hence he has two nationalities, one natural, the other acquired. .... Young Steinkauler is a native-born American citizen. There is no law of the United States under which his father or any other person can deprive him of his birthright. He can return to America at the age of 21, and in due time, if the people elect, he can become President of the United States.... I am of opinion that when he reaches the age of 21 years he can then elect whether he will return and take the nationality of his birth, with its duties and privileges, or retain the nationality acquired by the act of his father.

When you start a sentence with..well if .. it seems like you are trying to sling whatever mud to the wall to make it stick,that one is not out for justice or illegal acts that he may have actually committed but anything to get him out of office that's not the America I want to live in for if such actions are successful then when will it end for it certainly won't end with Obama.

As with many other complaints lodged against this regime, it will be discussed and dissected with no definitive answers coming out of the investigations.

For the record, this has been investigated, litigated and generally chased to the ends of the Earth and back again a few laps for good measure. The claims are empty and it's not opinion. It's proven. Over TWO HUNDRED times. That's simply not a wall anyone is getting over at this point without some brand new and VERY compelling evidence.

Looks like a losing streak without end, to me. Smart money would move on to things Obama may actually have done wrong where some meat exists to bite into. This bone is just plain bare. Nothing to it. Kinda like a fish bone...It's annoying as all get out, but really? Nothing in the end.

Most, if not all have links back and directly to source documents from the courts in question. If not transcripts and cover sheets from the case files, then documents of similar nature for explaining the details of what each case was, how it was handled and why it lost or was outright thrown out.

I do so wish folks could move on from this. It may have started by looking like a big fat Tuna but it's turned into the largest Red Herring in Presidential History. Obama even seems to take personal amusement in letting people run wild with this belief and make fools of themselves, frequently.

I haven't looked into this conspiracy myself, but if indeed he is proven not to be an American citizen I think that's exactly what should happen (or worse) for anyone who was involved in putting him up there fraudulently.

Unfortunately, even if he isn't and you could prove it, it would still point to a much larger problem. Because if he isn't and all of this has been faked, surely there would have to be many people who would be well aware of it within the government and the intelligence community. These people are not fools and they have the power, the tools and the authority to investigate things like this. They would have to know.

So even if this were a real conspiracy, it would have to be a big one and you couldn't count on the people who really matter to do anything about it.

There is no such thing as "native born" - there are only 2 ways to be a citizen of the USA - to be naturalized or to be born. Here is the decision of United States vs Wong Kim Ark, as recorded at Cornell::
