Why is the eagle upside down?

I don't know. Maybe there is a good reason.

You have to scroll down a bit in order for the left menu to be out of the way so you can see it. The presidential seal is in the background image.

Notice that within the seal the eagle is upside down.

Why would they do that?

and by the way...if your connection is slow then it takes a while to load the background image
