A Justice Department official says the Boston Marathon bombing suspect will not be read his Miranda rights because the government is invoking a public safety exception. That official and a second person briefed on the investigation says 19-year-old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev will be questioned by a special interrogation team for high-value suspects. The officials spoke on the condition of anonymity because they weren't authorized to disclose the information publicly. This should of course make the "Lets Lynch the guy" crowd on ATS and their 300 pages long IIIIHAAA lets get that stinkin 19 yo muslim bomber- threads quite happy.

Welcome to the US. Here following goes; "One rifle, one gun. One for killing, one for fun." Justice? Who cares... Here it is "Just Us!" that counts.

It's sad really. It started out with bin laden, then that one guy they set on fire in a woodcabin. Now this guy. It seems to be the new thing in the US.

It´s become a country of barbarians my dear. They are all more or less, insane.
It´s like the old witch hunts. "Throw her in the river. If she sunks she is guilty! If she floats she is a witch and eqaully guilty!" That is the new USA for you in a nutshell.

They need to keep him alive not only because of the evidence and information they could get from him, but to silence any doubt about his guilt.

If he was set up in some way, then he will probably be killed. But that will simply validate theories for a lot of people.

I guess we'll see what happens to him in custody, and whether he's ever allowed to speak publicly in any way about what happened to him.
