My son-in-law just showed me this video on his iphone, so I had to check it out.
It appears that an ABC News broadcast of the post Boston Marathon carnage, either added or removed blood and/or other possible evidence from a video.
Please take a look for yourself...and as the poster states: "Draw your own conclusion".
