US Courts shutting down?

This was brought to my attention from a friend of mine, but it would seem courts in Texas, New Orleans, and Colorado are shutting down or downsizing.

The writers on the websites i think, are taking it way too far so i don't agree with them, but i wanted to post up for the community and maybe anybody on here from these areas could confirm or deny some of the info. Or at least any of the parts not on the .gov website.

Looks like some of the district courts are closing on Fridays as their part of sequester cuts.
