McDonald's Hiring Ad: Bachelor's Degree + 2 Years Cashier Experience

I figured the posting was an error. You don't NEED to have a Bachelor's but a lot of people probably do anyway.

The problem is there are no middle class positions.

You have to be connected to get a good job now. They like to call it networking skills but this really translates into rich people hiring other rich people's kids.

Unless you have one of the few skills in short supply (like nursing), a college degree will be worthless.
