It almost looks like waves, and when I'm near water, they "react" and move around. Here's an example of the "waves" I see.

At 70FPS, my GPUs run @ 50ish percent. Same goes with Batman Arkham City. They're overclocked and it doesn't happen when running 3DMark.

PS. If you're wondering why I'm getting 70FPS...I overclocked my monitor using NVIDIA's drivers.

The colors are completely fine. The brightness is at 16% and the contrast is at 40%

It looks like mouseover highlights for text, only the text is not visible properly, just tips.
