Bush flips off the camera?

I don't know if anyone has seen this video or not but Bush clearly flips off the camera in this video. It doesn't say when the video taken. Sorry.

Yeah, I had seen video of him flipping off the camera, but I hadn't seen the one of him picking his nose.

He almost always seem that way IMO. Even more, he doesn't even care. Of course that's his right.

It's hard to say. It certainly wasn't taken during his Presidency. My guess is when he was governor or maybe even before that. I just don't know.

This has been around for a while. IIRC, it was recorded while he was gov. of Texas; this was before an interview at a local TV station.
