Mubarak Appeal Accepted by Egyptian Court, Mubarak Case for a Retrial.

An Egyptian court accepted an appeal by ousted former president Hosni Mubarak and his former interior minister on Sunday, allowing him to be retried over the killings of protesters in the 2011 uprising.

I didn’t see this one coming, the Egyptian courts have ordered that Mubarak face a retrial, the only reason I have found for this so far was his poor heath at the time. It is also interesting that there are some in Egypt where celebrating this outside the court house and his retrial so far will not bring forward any new evidence.
