Not everything. If you can prove duress or extenuating circumstances, then you might hope to have things excluded from what you are responsible for having said. Also a good team of lawyers can get other things deemed inadmissible.

Other than that, however? What's the problem with personal accountability? If you don't want things being used against you - don't say them to begin with.

You're exactly right in what you've posted... BUT ... that doesn't mean you won't be persecuted/prosecuted.
That's why "I'm not going to say what I'm not going to do"! I'd rather keep things close to the vest (Level III-A).
That's my view of exercising personal accountability, and being responsible for your own security.
