all I can say is - the US Treasury does not like phone calls on this subject - they are real nice and send you to a voice mail that never gets returned.
and these modern day paper hangers - well they have a point (even if you bought something you still dont own it - how can you pay with something that you cant control.... most people dont mine silver and gold either ....
