Ok, long time since being here.
got this question. hope someone here can help me out.

every night, almost every night,
have the distinct feeling of being operated on.
it's always in the same spot, rear right brain section.
it's like parts are disconnected.
Yet, being awake... this is really weird.
when closing my eyes, there are 2 large beings standing around me.
1 left, 1 right.
And no, this is without any drugs.

How to stop this from happening?

Sounds like sleep paralysis. You're quite lucky, others try to induce what you go through naturally.

I'll just add something I learned of recently.

The area over the right ear, supposedly, has to do with what is considered 'morality'. It can be affected with broadcasted thoughts, radio waves, magnetic stuff. MIC, and MCI, lol.

Probably dream stuff, it's quite complex. Dream stuff influenced by that cell tower? Or reacting against it, depending on your build.

hey, thanks, looked it up.
seems to be just that.
but doesn't explain the pain, the feeling of losing more synapses or the vision of seeing 2 beings
or the smell of burned brains.

You are apt to get a wide range of answers to your question. I just ask you to strongly consider mine...

Start by going to a doctor, to have them check to make sure that all is fine with your physiology. If that checks out, maybe take some down time or talk to somebody to see if there might be something going on in the attic.

Then? If all that checks out? Move onto the other things you'll see suggested here.

Eliminate the possible before considering the unlikely.

Try not to sleep then see what happens. Coffee is your friend in this.
Set up several web cams, or wireless wifi cameras.
Get a GPS device.

If cameras pick up nothing, then, there you go.
If GPS says you've gone absolutely nowhere, then, there you go.

I'd recommend a regular sleep aid available at any drug store without prescription.

With your eyes closed, do you see in color?

something to do with hypnogogia/sleep paralysis.
it might sound silly, but try sleeping with a blindfold on.

no, just see black with red and orange dots flying at me.
had this during an Ayahuasca ceremony also.
but then it became clear those were angry frustrated "souls".

hm, thanks for the advice.
unfortunatly have little confidence in doctors.
had my luck with them. NOT
the neck and right-shoulder is broken.
but they don't think so. they think it's stress related.
anyway...
how to explain the smell of burned brain, or seeing beings eating light particles of my body.
according to "modern" science, most of the stuff about ET's and higher and lower dimensional beings doesn't exist.
so, no thanks, before they lock me up in a Psych Institution.
