"Spooks" Vs "24"

Just watched the first episode of the brand new 3rd series of Spooks and it amazing much better than i expected it to be and i expected it to be very good!

So here it is which do you prefer "24" or "Spooks"

This isnt as much as a vote but just comparing the good points of both of them because they are both very very good.

My opinion is that Spooks has less action than 24 which could be a good thing or bad depending on your preference but i prefer the way spooks spends more time on the information/background of whatever is happening whereas 24 has less background information than the Spooks episodes but the action scenes are brilliant.

I would also like to know what the American's think of Spooks.
