It appears this is going to be a daily event from now on... how do you suppose we can stop this abuse ?
interesting parallel - 5 hour energy shots, Redbull ? (problems began about the same time these products arrived, do you think it is a co-incidence ? legal speed ..... )

EL MONTE - A family is accusing El Monte police officers of brutality in the death of a schizophrenic 37-year-old man who died after being taken into custody Thursday night.

This is just so sad. From your link:

Le's family attorney said Le, who stood 5-foot-6 and weighed about 160 pounds, had gotten into an argument with his father that escalated to pushing when his sister called 9-1-1.

That man's sister must feel so guilty! Not that she should, it's the police that can't control themselves.

Thanks Patriot, I'm really appreciating these threads from you.

Sad that there are enough of these to post a new event daily. This shouldn't be happening. Some day these cops are going to be on the other end of the stick.

Part of the problem is that the police receive absolutely no schooling on recognizing and dealing with mental illness. To them everyone is the same piece of meat.
