Holy Schnikes!!! Over 100,000 ATS points!

I just noticed this today! Anybody else up there??? Just curious... Not bragging, but man it shows I'm here WAY too much, hehe....

I figured you would have made 100,000 long ago. But you had to get married and take some time off, man the nerve of some people--- where are your priorities? Just Kidding and Congrats

Maybe I should warn you a few times, and then you'll be under 100000 again... But alas... I cannot warn a mod...

how about sharing some of those points around

Well, the funny thing is, I spent almost all of my massed points when we first instituted the ATS store... I've changed backgrounds, titles, increased image uploads, increased U2U space, bought an e-mail addy, etc. Had I not done all that, it'd likely be over 200,000

Maybe I should warn you a few times, and then you'll be under 100000 again...

But alas... I cannot warn a mod...:

Posting earns you points, mods can also 'reward' you with points for very good posts

different forums get you different amounts of points when you post

How do you know when you get applauded or when somebody votes you for way above? or do they just have to tell you?

when you get applause, you'll receive a U2U message and 250 points ( I think )..

also, the more applause you get, the posts bar... under your ats points turns more red... notice that its gray... some are turning red..

Just takes good quality posts, you'll be there before you know it.

That's a bit debatable. You can easily get a thread to go one for multiple pages by simply posting something completely ignorant that pisses alot of people off. But in spirit, the point system does encourage quality.
