Not only do people ignore this fact, in all their excitement about "the China century", but they also forget that China (i.e., Western greed for cheap shít products) is what caused the "GFC" and the ensuing Euro financial crisis. Not lowly Greece.

The outsourcing of the bulk of the world's manufacturing has made China the robust economic, environmental cesspool it is today. Only Germany can own to being a strong, manufacturing-based economy outside of China. The world is now China's bitch, economically.

It was in the "MSM" but people just didn't care.. there are not many environmentalist over there as there are here. And the Green hipsters in general only care about a quick sound bite and money.. not the actual environment. Why would they care if China is a polluted waste?

Good pics of the Incident from 2010 though, I hadn't seen them before. It's sad this wasn't brought to the public eye back then.

I don't think the Chinese do much cleaning up, at least after reviewing so many pictures of general pollution, waste management and it's consequences since about the 90's which is what I could find online. Guess it's because there's no profit to be made. Which is a shame, especially looking at the rise of cancer rates and child birth defects, all kinds of other related diseases.

The Chinese can be proud of their achievements though, they are not only hard working individuals many give their lives to the industry so other people can watch porn on computers, smartphones and tablets, all made in China. Many have too just to pay for food and shelter, it's really bad. Just not bad enough for necessary changes.

Besides, CHINA does not hide every big issue from media or foreign media. Alright?
