british dirty bomb

OK WTF...they broke up a cell in britain trying to make a dirty bomb but there was no terror alert for a while now wtf? Was there no warning because the police were watching them or is the alert system just a fear collar?

I may be mistaken, but i think the terror threat level color code or whatever is just for the US and its intrests around the world. If they found these guys in Britan and foiled their plan, i doubt they'd raise the threat level, unless these guys tell them there are people in America making dirty bombs too...

i thought it was for all american interest "domestic and abroad"...owell then

Well, we sort of have the same terrorists level code as the states but us brits dont need pretty colours to understand it.
