Just normal variations in weather caused by jet stream. There is always heat/cold records broken somewhere in the world, and this time it was your turn.

i got a terrible sunburn on sunday morning before noon. i've had the A/C on for over a week (although it doesn't really come on until after 3pm). it's gonna be a toasty summer.
