Interesting Russian video

Just wanted to share with you guys a video I found,
it is Russian and as far as I can make out there is a building like a communist flat area,where people live that is collapsing.
As far as I can make out he is saying at the end where it collapses that there is people in there.There is some swearing.In russian obviously.So if your a bit soft hearted mute.

If you can somehow translate it that would be grand.
What do you think caused the collapse?
I think its cause it was old and unsupported therefore it collapsed.
