Occupy Boston activist's Twitter info subpoenaed

It is just more evidence that these social databases are just too incriminating for the law to ignore.
The owners of these sites will throw you under a bus at the slightest pressure.
Those not originally implicated, will be once they tie all the followers and cross-reference Facebook data with it as well.

Perhaps you didn't get it. I was showing how ludicrous saying this is a first amendment issue is. With a warrant they have every legal right to look at what a person is stupid enough to jot down.
