Big Dog - Quadruped Robot

Yea this is pretty old but still always cool to see none the less. Now imagine this double its size to increase its weight carrying capabilities, mounted with some firearms with thermal and motion sensing targeting systems. And now with recent posts on ATS and other reports around the web, a pack of these could easily communicate between each other and coordinate an attack on an enemy position. LONG LIVE THE EMPIRE

Yesss. You have a picture of big dog beach'n it. That is my favorite video of him. He's just so cute snapping those legs up in the ocean waves!

Wow. That thing has some seriously awesome balance. Any word on how much it cost though? I'm going to imagine it's quite alot which makes it a bit ineffective in my book but I'm still rather impressed by it and how far robotics have come in general. Gives me hope for the future.
