Need an mp3 editing related favour

My finger just deleted the text I had written, so I'm going again.

Right, I need a favour from someone who is more technically able than i am. (which rules no-one out ) I need this set to be cropped so it fits on an 80 minute CD. (crop it to 78 mins, as a cd is never 80 mins exact)

Now, this set, is proper special to me, and I've not long found it again, here's the Utube of it

Thing is, I'm rubbish at anything like this. i downloaded audacity, and somethjing to covernt stuff from there to mp3, but it then split it into a billion 5 second samples, which'll take me about 4 years to get onto a cd. if someone can humour this old git, and make my car journey a very happy one, I'll be most grateful. (if a mod could see to it that they trasfer all my point to someone who does this, that's fine by me)
