Syrian President Bashar al-Assad photo faked

I came across an interesting piece on a web site.

The item in question is the picture of the Syrian President swearing in a new governor. It makes no sense to fake a picture like this when an actual picture would have been much easier, I would imagine.

Any thoughts, do the experts have it right and what could be the motive for doing this?

For an article on worlds worst photoshop, how come Obama's birth certificate isn't there.

I notice it was a mostly against countries America is against. Iran, Syria, North Korea, Russia & China.

Yes they may be photoshopped, but it is a BS pro US propaganda page.
