The two posters above me are absolutely right. I've been in and out of train yards, not to mention there is a Auto manufacturing company nearby (Ford) I see them all the time, sometimes if the lighting is right, you can see the cars inside, not people

Even so - I think we all know there is something huge planned - I myself think it's radiation poisoning that's coming our way. The NWO folks can protect themselves with the medication we don't get to see.

Could these trains perhaps!!!! be for transporting cattle/sheep etc., Zoo animals and the likes in the case of a real catastrophe. Or are they for transporting prisoners (not us)?????

Trust me, I used to live near there. Buffalo and Rochester, in fact the whole New York State, is dying a slow painful death. The only business that is booming there right now are credit collection agencies.

OP those are railcars to protect automobiles from vandals who shoot at cars, throw rocks, steal batteries, etc. Again, trust me. I had a rail line in my backyard and that's what we used to do as kids.
