Australia is a Republic

Well I have been doing alot of research lately and stumbled accross this web site that basically goes into detail that Australia is a republic due to actions from the UN. This person has alot of knowledge and has it in the open to share now unsure if this is already a thread here as it wasn't showing up. The person who wrote this knows a fair bit of info and urge everyone to look through the links he has provided and see what is going on behind closed doors and without our consent.

The State of Western Australia ABN 072526008
The State of Tasmania ABN 053201308
The Trustees of Northern Territory Government ABN 09059854’



Basically the writ is giving the court 48 hours to respond and they have two choices 1) Issue the order - call in the military and shut down the parliament or 2) Civil War.

This is quite funny as this all started from looking into a way out of speeding fines and see there is something bigger going on.Just goes to show we should all know what is going on in politics and know our rights!!!!

read through out the link ignore haarp section the laws that have been put in place more info here www.peoplesmandate.iinet.net.au... just go through it you might be surprised at how things are done.

Been there done that. I did re-read it for you and it was a pleasure. There is no LAW that states at this time Australia is a republic.

He has no knowledge of how Australia's legal system works...

Australian PRIME-MINISTER JULIA GILLARD when she was Deputy Prime Minister was CHARGED WITH TREASON in 2007 and these charges have been concealed by the MEDIA and this criminal offence will go before a GRAND JURY soon for an Indictment.

He does not realise the Australian legal system does not have grand juries....

Australia has state and federal governors appointed by h.m. the queen our judicial system is still the Westminster system ! COMMONWEALTH of Australia not REPUBLIC .! YET.-----.

I think you might just find that despite whatever title eg Australian or English you give yourself, until the Royal 'We' gets deposed, you are merely a 'serf' - the Queen owns every bit of the land you walk on.

As you have the same laws, even if you buy your land you still don't own it exclusively you have, just a type of interest in it eg, freehold or leasehold but there will always also be the She holds and takes back grinning if you die with no relatives and intestate.

There is actually alot of changes to land ownership going on has been for years very small changes but giving you less and less of real ownership. There is alot of info there just go have a look believe or don't believe it but look further.

Did you read through the act it has been enabled there are certain things with our constitution that have been taken away and not lawfully either. I like what he says he is showing you all how you can join parliament as an independant and change what wrongs they have done. Hell Gillard is up for treason and no one says a thing about it go fourth and spread the news start to change what other believe can't be changed if we just sit back will all be screwed and be like oh wish i did something about it.

Do you want me to hand feed you every piece of info or do you want to just see there is something going on and work it out for yourself? So it actually sinks in not just glance over it.

depends on what land you own.

consider a mining lease.

But in the end we own nothing. But an opportunity to exploit

A mining lease is easy enough to take away just simply make up enviro standards no one can keep up with and take the land that way legally but dodgy as. Because it is in the legislation if enviromental issues aren't adhered to you lose your lease.

Clearly you're just seeing what you want to see.

The Australian act 1986 was introduced to eliminate any possibility of UK legislation influencing Australian government legislation.

That doesn't equal Republic, that equals Constitutional Monarchy.

And Gillard charged with treason??

I do need a good lawyer though, maybe you are the person?

Its funny you bring this up, because only a few years ago Australia had the option to become a republic, and unless the voting was fixed, the Australians voted against it. Why would the government even waste their time calling a vote if this is already in place and there is nothing anyone can do about it?

I work in the mining industry and that is what they have to adhere to if they don't they lose their lease simple as that.
