Although, it can be considered disrespectful, there is no room in law enforcement for personal feelings nor is there any just cause for an officer of the law to have his ego stroked at the cost of our first amendment rights.
Even if you disagree with the above statement, I think we can agree that in absolute certainty that it wouldn't merit a child being put in a choke hold by an adult 5 times his size.

Well technically unless he is wearing a cowboy hat and spurs and works on a ranch he isn't a dude so I can see it from the cops perspective. Was that sentence too long dude?

The scary thing is how much of this kind of garbage takes place on a regular basis and isn't recorded on video? In the end if the victim of such an assault doesn't have video evidence, it's always the pig vs the citizen in court and the pig usually wins. Glad to see this pig got fired though, hopefully he'll end up working as a security guard at a mall trying to catch more kids skateboarding; if he can even catch them that is as it looks like officer small penis has been hitting the old bear claws one to many times.edit on 19-6-2011 by Jocko Flocko because: (no reason given)

So let me get this straight because this just blows my friggin mind. In Illinois if you take video of your interaction with a police officer/pig you can be charged with a fine or a felony? WOW! Aren't there constitutional laws that supercede any such state law and if so wouldn't the charges have to be dropped?
And the pigs wonder why more and more of the public are begining to hate them.
