Court: Dad can paste daughter's face on porn photo

My daughter is the tallest in the class of girls. She's taller than most boys. She'll probably always be taller.

She's also amoungst the least mature. A factor I'm sure that some men of a lesser caliber would ignore because they are merely looking for an EXCUSE to make their desires okay. And any EXCUSE will do.

Teenage girls are more likely to DIE from childbirth, to suffer from all sorts of pregnancy related medical issues such as HELPP and preeclampsia. Their babies are more likely to die in childbirth, as are the teenage girls giving birth. Their vaginal canal is more likely to sustain maiming damage.

I would think we all should be asking is why a father superimposed his daughters face to sexy photographs, also why he gave her drugs and asked her to undress.

This isn't about a man getting off on seeing a young girl, this is a father who obviously sees his daughter in a sexual conatation.

If someone has a thing about older women would they paste a picture of their mothers head to a young womans photo which was sexually graphic? No different exept the roles are reversed.

There is imho no excuse for a man who obviously sees his daughter as a sexual object.

You're completely missing the point. I'm not arguing that in this day and age it's a good idea for very young women to get pregnant (even if they're reproductively mature). I'm saying that it's natural for people to be sexually attracted to reproductively mature members of the opposite gender.

Sadly, as the law was structured, he didn't actually break it and the Judge was right. But! I think the Judge should have referred him to family services and sent him for evaluation. Before any harm is done to his daughter or any other teen he fantasizes about.

And maybe CA. (and everywhere else) need to look into those laws a little more. A restructuring may be in order, at least to the extent that if someone like that dad shows intent, they can be removed from potentially harming the children and at least be evaluated as to whether there is any real potential intent.

Your correct, he didn't break the law and should be re-sentenced for other crimes (Like giving her drugs, etc.). But everyone here and there know what his intent was, hell he tried to get her to pose in her underwear for pictures. Because the morphed head of his daughter on the bodies of the porn stars weren't cutting it anymore. So he needed real pics of her in sexy wear and in her underwear. Eventually this guy was going to sexually molest this girl if he hadn't already during their drug binges (trust me her being knocked out from the pot he could have easily have felt her up and/or masturbated close to her).

Sure. Normal natural men dont screw without consent of the other party, that is another important variable needed besides sexual attraction. In most of developed world, 13 year olds are considered incapable of giving informed consent.

Just as this father does not have the right to impose his sexual fantasies on his daughter, you do not have the right to impose your moral values on him.

There are people out there who think homosexuality is sick, disgusting and perverse. Like you, they find little understanding and have no tolerance for (sexual) deviances, suppression is the evident way for them to deal with it.

Turn the clock back a century or more, and these people were in power in the western world, forcing their 'moral' norms on anything deviant. A homosexual would end up in prison, if he was caught. We've come from far to create a more humane society in which we can tolerate deviances, as long as these deviances do not force themselves upon others.

The state I live in, the law states that even if the girl appears underage, IE in a catholic schoolgirl outfit with pigtails, etc to make them look underage, they can still be convicted of child porn. On another note, I think the father needs some serious help.

I believe in religion and i do believe that you should not sleep with another mans wife, it is demoralizing for the mans family and the women's family, not to mention the emotional pain that the wife's husband could undergo and vice versa if the situation was turned around, but in this day and age we dont care because we have lost our way.

I have had two of my ex's cheat on me and not once will i do it to someone else, because i can honestly say that i loved them and the pain they caused me, i would not be able to live, knowing that i caused the same pain to someone else.
