Big elongated object in earth atmosphere

I photographed this over London on 21/05/2011. The picture was taken of Obamas helicopter and it was not until afterwards that I realised the strange thing I had captured.

The object bears quite a remarkable similarity to that which can be seen in the OP's video.

No but he has been claiming to have filmed many objects in space that resemble this one. There was a short film made about them by Jose Escamilla

It looks like the blueprints of that Nazi mothership.

How did you not know that was a balloon... Round with a string type thing hanging from it...I mean C'mon.

Hard to say what those are in outer space that were recorded. Why does every UFO always have to be blurry and the camera so unsteady? There's something there, gas, nebulas, space debris, alien spacecraft, NASA ships? Too bad things aren't clearer.

No he claimed he was filming objects in space through a good but regular mead telescope . However he allegedly claimed he has some kind of camcorder that has been modified to see through the glare of stars therefore revealing these objects where stars seem to be. I think it was proved a hoax and there are threads about him and his mate Gridkeeper. I believe he was filming and tracking regular satellites and the iss. I think the haze of earths atmosphere gives the satellites a ghostly shimmery look.
