Hello There,
I have recently taken photos of a project that I am working. I have tried several times, using
different approaches, to load the photos to the multimedia/my pictures section of my account.
I have created a new album, browsed, selected, and opened...then clicked on add picture. My browser at
this point connects to the ATS upload page, but then I get a blank white screen and lag.
I have tried then to log out and then log back in, then dial in on my photos, but my one and only Avatar
pix is all that there is. Please Advise. Thank You,,,,,Wildmanimal

For everyone who is having issues with the media portal log in and uploading images simply request a new password for your ATS account and use the new one to log into the media portal after you've logged back into ATS.

Click here to change your Password: www.abovetopsecret.com...
and all should be golden.

What's the file size of the image you're trying to upload?

Very large files may encounter many more problems than files that have been sized for display on ATS (600 pixels wide).

Hi SkepticOverlord

um, I dont know lol I'm not really up on pic sizes and stuff, but what I will do is go and crop the pic before trying to upload it and see if that makes any difference, that could work?

This doesn't work for me (changing passwords or utilizing the auto-generated new password) option. I've been stuck in the log-out loop for about a month, now. It doesn't happen every single time, but I'd guess 90% of the time I *can log into media center and then am logged out (auto) once I try clicking a link within media center options. Just happened again, this a.m.

I forgot about that. That may very well be the problem. My password was archaic as well, so ,Springers
advice may prove correct as well.

In both cases, this might very well be my oversight. If so, apologies for the distraction.

The pix I was trying to load were probably far exceeding the brackets.

Sincere Thanks for the replies.

Same here, I haven't uploaded any photos since my Avatar, so I forgot about cropping.

So, anyway problem solved.
