[ I did a search with these key words: TITLE 50, CHAPTER 32, 1520a,
and no significant find showed up. I HOPE [Search] works fine.]

Here is some quite DISTURBING "official" text, at the ## Cornell university ##:

Restrictions on use of human subjects for testing of chemical or biological agents.

www.law.cornell.edu...
____and the "gov" version, or references to it:
uscode.house.gov...

Despite that text above, do you
REALLY think "THEY" will act legaly, [like the BP golf disaster spraying] ???
How do you think that testing will be done?
Will it be truck-trails in cities?, tractor-trails from the farmers?,
plane-trails that are "chemtrails" ???
Will "THEY" tell us how it will be done ?

Here is a little bit of "old days" "air show" entertainment:
www.guardian.co.uk...

And, how about that one ????

spreading nutrients on the sea surface

www.handsoffmotherearth.org...
Was it boat-trails or food-trails. . .or chemtrails ???

All that stuff is polluting us, you know ! !

! ! Now, come and tell us there HAVE been no chemtrails ! !
and that there WILL not be more chemtrails ! !

Blue skies.

How is a law restricting testing on people without their consent disturbing? would you rather the law wasn't there?

Besides whats the point of testing something on a group of random people where you have no way of monitoring the effects or conducting a proper scientific investigation

Something about your expectations of "proper scientific investigation" caught me, not your fault, it makes me angry at THEM. There's something totally wrong there, since the very act of spraying dangerous aerosols over a civilian populace that is just evil, calling it science is insulting.

I still don't believe the "chemtrails" are "global warming related" ... IMHO it's radar. A means of perfecting radar imaging to the point where they can literally spy anywhere any time. The biological agents kind of throw that theory, but it's obvious any "collateral" is completely ignored as a factor.

Excellent thread OP, thanks!

That could be the point ? Publicly, they give themselves permissions.
But secretly, do YOU know WHAT will happen ???

Besides whats the point of testing something on a group of random people. . .etc. . .

You have the answer in the precedent post, right ?

Blue skies.
