Question on search

I was looking for a thread I had misplaced so I typed in three words I knew were in the title...

free thinking illness I even tried free, thinking, illness, got Zero results. I found the thread looking at my old posts and then did a search experiment

when I used 'is free thinking' in the search THEN it popped up

So it seems the keywords are not working right, or it's me

I only mention it because when I did a similar search for a topic and the right thread didn't show up in the search results, I was chastised for not search first...

So perhaps I am doing the search wrong somehow because the keywords don't appear to give me the results even when all three words are in the title

I think you didn't used the search according to the instructions.

I tried "free thinking" as first word or phrase and "illness" as second word and it returned two threads with the exact same title, including the one you wanted.

If you used "free thinking illness" in just one search field then it searched that exact phrase, so it didn't return any results.

So, answering your question, it's you.

Ah the advanced search okay I just used the search bar at the top of the thread
