well wadda ya know!!!! who'd of thought That would happen, so now we wait to see just how much these people squirm out of paying anything for the damage down so they can keep it.
Or on the flip side it may mean that the money actually gets paid and the clean-up really does happen...sarcasm...who me!?!?!

You do know that BHP and BP are differnet company's dont you? BHP had nothing at all to do with the spill.

Edit ok, i just realised one bought the other, but i thought Bluescope bought BHP....? anyways, ill look it up some more

This is all about Potash(en.wikipedia.org...), I was watching a programme on this. It's all about fertilizer and the demand that the global economy has for fertilizing new land. With the countries like China and Brazil needing to produce more food. The prices of potash have soared recently.
