Should we all Tithe to Israel?

Should we all give say 10% of our income directly to the Government of Isreal?
Why?
Iam convinced via the History , National GEo channels that the Jewish population have suffered more persecution than any other race/creed on this Earth.
The land of Israel is mainly populated by Gods Chosen few(the bible/torah says this in very clear terms,so if we help it prosper perhaps they will ask God to allow us into his chosen family as well?
I know by reading the old testament and torah that as a gentile Iam dammned.
OK the new testament offers me redemption through Jesus Christ, but every day I hear him used as a swear world on TV and movies and in books.
So after reading the Torah I can sort of guess(and Iam dim) that jesus is certainly not the jewish messiah) if I need reminding the media Ie Hollywood movies using JC in the same sentence as F and s keeps me in no doubt, so I must concede they know the truth, so I propose we tithe 10% to the Holy land and perhaps us little dogs can get some crumbs at the Fathers table?
Where did I learn to hate myself as a child?
After reading the old tesatament and reading that the true God only loves the chosen.

No, we should not all tithe to Israel. I don't like the "God's chosen people" stuff especially when you consider how much genocide goes on in the Bible.

The idea of God having a favored race or people just gives an excuse for intolerance and even genocide.

Israel are Satan's chosen people.

But I really find the general "conspiarcy theories agant Jews stupid" if they are so bad why do we all or most of us have a bible somewhere close?
I am sad since a child because Iam not born a Jewish chosen one, I dont hate them, they taught me through the old testament that Iam hell bound because my sinful nature dammns me a "gentile".
I figure if I tithe I can maybe get their God to love me?
