ATF Has No Head 15 Months Into Obama Presidency!!!

Just last month, secretary of State Hillary Clinton flew to Mexico City and announced the Obama administration was "doing all that we can" to curb the illegal flow of U.S. weapons to Mexico's drug cartels. But 15 months after the president took office, the White House has yet to nominate a director to run the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), the agency tasked with policing weapons traffic.

In fact, the acting director, Kenneth Melson, recently had to be demoted to deputy director because of a law that limits how long acting chiefs can run federal agencies. This has left ATF without a Senate-confirmed leader at a time of increased cross-border gun violence and mounting concerns about militia activity.

You know when Obama's buddies at Newsweek start writing critical pieces on him that things aren't going well for POTUS. We should forgive Obama as he is currently focused like a laser beam on Jobs creation and destroying our Space Program-to mention a few.

Well, when/if the ATF runs amuck-Again. POTUS Obama is left holding the bag-no plausable deniability there.

The lack of anyone to run the ATF stems from the obvious fact that Obama does not support any establishment system that would allow for a viable and qualified applicant to be selected. Since the politicization of the position implies that whomever gets selected, must be an openly and declared Obama supporter of an agenda that is un-American. To me, this is the reason the slot has gone unfilled for so long.

It stands to reason that it takes a while to find someone that is an equal and truly loyal communist like Obama and his fellow communist Democratic party members that have shown this nation just what they think of American values and our excessive personal freedoms which they are so dead set on eliminating.

In fact, I have garnered that Obama likes to do things without having anyone challenge his decisions. Is this an indication of wanting to be a dictator? We will be without a director for the ATF as long as Obama decides and anyone who thinks that it is so difficult to find someone qualified to fill the ATF slot is being naive. Obama does not want anyone that will challenge him or question him and as such Obama wants to ensure he has a good sock puppet before he makes a selection for the ATF position. If he never finds one, he will merely leave the post open and then blame any issues on the fact that a Director does not exist.

Bingo. You have nailed the whole thin on the head-precisely.

Besides, he really could care less about the Mexican border-as we know-as they plan on basically eliminating it altogether anyway.

This will be an interesting thing to keep an eye on as November comes. If he doesn't do something, he will be hit hard on it-and probably the Dems overall as well.
