HELP NEEDED! UFO Movie Search..Help me out!

Hey all..I know SOMEONE among the fine members of this site may be able to help me. Tonight a friend and I were talking about a movie that we both want to see again. but other then having some faint memories of the movie, we can't remember the title.

I remember it was on the COMCAST "on-demand" list back in 2005 and here is what we remember.

It was a movie filmed in recent times (1990-2005), but set in the 50's or maybe 60's. The movie was about a man who was recruited by the DOD and Air Force to help them with a UFO incident (I believe if was the Roswell Crash). The guy was slowly introduced to more and more Top Secret Officials and told about what his role would be with them, and then finally he was part of Project Blue Book. He couldn't tell his family or wife, and that pissed her off, but I remember him also being followed by the government to see if he would leak any info.

I know this is not much help, but it was a VERY good movie and I really want to find it again.....if anyone can even remotely think of anything similar let me know. I even contimplated calling comcast to see if they had a list of movies from their on demand library back then. I still may do that!

Thanks for the suggestion. I just watched the trailer on youtube and I don't remember Charlie Sheen in this one, but I am going to download it anyway since it looks like an entertaining flick.

I remember perfectly the part where the guy was escorted underground into a room full of other guys and he was told that this was Project Blue Book and he was now a part of the Majestic 12. Opps...left that part out...the Majestic 12 was mentioned in the movie too.

Was it Independence Day, Seven Days, Roswell? And it is illegal to download movies that you do not pay for, unless you use iTunes. But you already know this your a LEO after all.
