Yes, the $2.3 trillion is total defense spending over many years. The point is, that Rumsfeld DID appear before a Congressional committee the day before 9/11 and admitted that the Pentagon could not figure out where all that money went to. Congress DID tell him to find out. What a coincidence that the only section of the Pentagon, to be destroyed on 9/11 just happened to contain the civilian financial analysts? After their deaths, no one in congress is bothering about the $2.3 trillion anymore. If some of that money had been deliberately misspent in illegal ways, and IF it had been spent to Israel's benefit, then there is a clear incentive (one of several) for Israel to cover their tracks by a) killing the analysts who would be sniffing around and b) distracting congress with 9/11.

As for the explosives in the van story, you claim it's a false story. Where's YOUR proof?

You should read Webster Tarpley's book, 9/11: Synthetic Terror. He describes the threat to Air Force One in detail along with a what appears to be an attempt to assassinate Bush early that morning at his hotel by a van full of men who looked like they were from the Middle East. Conclusive proof of Mossad involvement? No, but highly suggestive when taken into consideration along with the Israeli communications software hacking. That to me is the single biggest reason why I believe that Mossad was behind 9/11. Occam's Razor states that all other things being equal, the simplest explanation tends to be the right one. What's simpler? That the Israelis built in back door access to the communications software or that Bin laden's illiterate freedom fighters were able to hack into it from a cave in Afganistan?

The PNAC document clearly states that the program to rebuild US defenses is so expensive that it would either take decades to accomplish or could be done quicker if there was some kind of Pearl Harbor type of event to galvanize public opinion.

All your stuff is simply unsubstantiated innuendo and you haven't proffered any proof at all of Israel's involvement. The US is Israel's principal protector and benefactor and for Israel to have taken part in 9/11 would have been an insane suicide attempt. To the contrary, there have been many media reports that Israel specifically warned the US of an imminent al-Qaeda attack in August 2001, even naming Mohamed Atta. If truthers want further investigation then I think it ought to be into the failure to co-ordinate the warnings rather than nonsense about the government arranging controlled demolitions etc.

You asked for proof, I told you where you could find it. If you won't bother to look at the evidence then your criticism means nothing.

I don't think this should merit the US attacking Israel or any other nation. We should however cleanse them from our inner workings of the military and government, stop all aid to them and start playing political hardball.
